We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD throughout Canada. For orders under $75 CAD, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 CAD will be applied.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
Some larger items may incur additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. These charges will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees).

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or assembled
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note that order processing usually takes 1-2 business days before shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging, and email them to us at comfikidz.ca@gmail.com along with your order number. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes for standard shipping. However, express shipping may require a physical address for delivery.
How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at comfikidz.ca@gmail.com or call us at +1 416 258 5571. We can usually accommodate changes or cancellations if the order hasn't been processed yet. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
